St Francis

 Today Te wairua Pakiki ( Twp) we were put in to our Term 2  whanau working groups. We had name our group a saint values that we like . As a group we desire on St Francis the reason we pick St Francis because he . Treated animals like family and also listened to God.

My maori alphabet

 Today in Twp4 we were learning the maori alphabet  so how to remember it we had to color the right one . My favorite to do was to remember rise it and to color . The  hard things was that you hat to now which one was which  

My amazing plants

This week we have been learning about plants if plants are so imports because without plants we could die . My favourite was learning about all the plants and listen to it . The thing that was very hard was to take notes when it was talked . The  things that i learn was different plants and how plant live .

Plants are living organisms they all come in different shape,size and color,but they all need air,water,healthy and sunlight.Plant cover most of our earth Big or small on the land or on the sea from forest or desert plant are almost around the world. Plants are so important because without them we will die.
Plant create food from the sun energy that will help the plant . Cells wall are rigid and unbending since plant don’t have skeletons these .Cell wall give  them  their structure without cells wall tall tree, cactus and even little flowers would not be able to stand up. During Photosynthesis plant  use the sun energy to change water and carbon dioxide into a kinda sugar . They use this sugar to grow and develop and store the extra in their leaves,roots or fruits.In addition  to sugar plants produce oxygen  during photosynthesis .

Mother day cards

 Today we had a  very special mass.We were celebrating early mother day . We had some of our mothers come in and  celebrate  with us. 

In  class this week  we have made our very own Mother's day cards.First you get A4 paper and you fold it nice and nittley and then we draw a love heart then  we cut strip of paper and the we quill( roll) it with a pencil so it can go tiny and then you take out  the pencil then you just roll it normal .Then it is shape has a rose then  you place it in side of the love heart that you draw after you keep on quilling  you strip of paper until the love heart that you draw is full. Then you you get a piece a paper cut it but not that fin the after you use glue and you put in on the side of the roses  and then you put the srip of paper on the side and it will glue on the rose that will make a love heart full of rose .

I appreciate my cousin because she buys me what ever I want  because i will do the same for her.

Know that my cousin love me because when i was moving to a new house she gave me a big hug.

Ana Vowels and Consonants​

 Today for maori we have refreshed our memories about the maori alphabet by learning all of the  letters by i song .

The Maori alphabet ( arapū) is made out of eight consonants, five vowels and digraph. Digraph are two letters that combine to form one word.https:

Ana Maui

 This Week we were post to be going to Ki Orah but it was cancelled because it started raining so we had to go back school . When we came back to school Mrs N-K said we can do .Maui slowed the sun so we watch the video after Mrs Nees said we could weave when we started weaving it was so hard but some people were getting used to it after that she said if we finish she will give us a part when i finish  weaving then she gave me a part then part was . When Maui said to his four brother let go and slowed the sun down and then i had to draw it it was kinda hard you don't have to colour it because the colour of the weave will color the drawing. After that you draw the picture you use a vivid so they can see the drawing after i had to give it to my teacher so she could take  picture and then we blog it .
